If you are a writer (of any genre or source) I highly recommend you watch “Tales from the Script” from 2009. If you are not a writer, and think that writing is easy-peasy…I recommend you watch this also.
As writers know there are many different twists and turns in the writing process, but also the process towards publication. I loved the straight-forwardness of the interviews with screenplay writers in “Tales from the Script.” How often do the actors and directors get all the credit and we have limited knowledge/realization of the people behind the story. The most touching interview for me was with Justin Jackham, the screenplay writer for “The Bucket List.” It was a touching story because you just felt so happy for him and his “luck” story of how “The Bucket List” went from screenplay to successful motion picture.
